Sales information

The price includes:

  • final completion of the flat and the building according to the project documentation and interior finishing package;
  • utility network establishment and connection fees (water, electricity, sewerage, central heating);
  • readiness for data communications, cable television, telephone communications and security communications;
  • cooling readiness.

The price does not include (paid by the buyer):

  • data communications, cable television, telephone communications and security communications connection fees;
  • notarial fees and state fee for the conclusion of the sales contract;
  • storage room;
  • parking space.

The cost of storage room and parking space will be added to the sale price

  • Storage room: € 3500
  • Parking space outside: € 5500
  • Parking space outside under the house: € 6500

Booking

The client will sign a reservation agreement, which will be valid until the conclusion of a contract of sale under the law of obligations. Upon signing the reservation agreement the buyer must pay an advance of € 5000 to confirm their intention to purchase the flat.

Contract under the law of obligations

A notarised contract of sale under the law of obligations will be concluded with the client specifying all details related to the transaction. The buyer pays 15% of the purchase amount under the contract of sale.

Contract in rem

Upon completion of the flat ownership, a notarial contract in rem is entered into, where the buyer pays the remaining part of the purchase amount and the ownership of the flat is transferred. The contract in rem must be entered into within one month after the final completion of the flat.
